Volcanic sandstones - Type I: pale green, granular texture, fine to medium grain-sized sandstone, MN coating mostly thin + patchy 100 lbs. Type II: reddish brown basalt clasts (0.5 - 1.5 cm) enclosed in a fine grained off-white to beige matrix of clay and assorted debris, 150 lbs. Cherty sandstones - 50 lbs 2 or 3 boulders, partially MN- encrusted (<1 cm). Limestones - severely altered, a few angular fragments (< 8 cm long), MN encrusted. 7 bags + 2 large MN- encrusted volcanic sandstone boulders. |
