Depressions were filled *** stains + thin crusts. Rest of samples were smaller - first size to 20 x 15 x 15 cm and consisted of unconsolidated and consolidated volcanic sandstones siltstones, and claystones with some containing phosphatized carbonates. All samples were at least stained *** Mn and most were covered *** 5 mm to 2 cm of crust. two samples showed well developed crusts up to 4.5 cm thick with admixed phosphorite. |
