Similar to 003 masive fine-gained basalt with visible leiths of Pl and rare phenocrysts of Pl, Ol(?) and Cpx(?) in the groundmass. The shape is irregular. Secondary alteration is not pronounced visibly. The surface is covered with thin black Mn film, the top part of the sample - with thick (up to 1-2 cm) caverned (corroded?) manganese crust. |
