Matrix almost absent. RC21-13 BB: Paraconglomerate (matrix 30-60 %) with very angular and medium grained (1-13 cm) elements of different types of sedimentary (mostly carbonate) rocks. Many fresh biosomata in matrix. RC21-13 BC: Medium-grained arkose (?) sandstone with very scarce fossil remains. RC21-13 BD: Clastic mixture of fine-medium grained sandstone, siltstone and subrounded to angular pieces (average diameter 3 cm) of rocks, mainly basaltic. Remarks: Possible slump structure. RC21-13 BE: Fine to medium grained rudite (0.5-2 cm) with mainly carbonate rock components and some phosphatized bioclasts and fresh biosomata. No matrix. Basalts : pl and ol phyric, ol phyric and aphyric basalts 12.5 lbs. Gabbros: fine to coarse grained gabbros with poorly developed cumulus textures. 135 lbs. Ultramafics: serpentinized and tectonized pyroxene-bearing ultramafics. 50 lbs. |
